Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) Information
Uses
Cyclobenzaprine treats pain and stiffness of muscle spasms. Belongs
to a class of drugs called muscle relaxants.
Side Effects
Call your doctor right away if you have any of these
side effects: Trouble breathing Fever Severe weakness
Changes in vision Swelling Skin rash If you have problems
with these less serious side effects, talk with your
doctor. Drowsiness Dizziness Headache Irritability Trouble
sleeping
Precautions
Do not use within 14 days after discontinuing MAOI9s.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Cyclobenzaprine and remember within
an hour or so of the missed dose, take it right away.
If you do not remember until later, skip the missed
dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. You
should not use two doses at one time.
Storage
Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to take
and how often. Keep all medicine away from children.
